1. Information We Collect

LiveLedger collects information you provide directly when you create an account or configure your agency:

• Account credentials (email address, encrypted password)
• Agency configuration (agency name, benchmark targets, compensation tiers, incentive programs)
• Creator performance data you import (diamonds, valid days, live hours)
• Team member information (names, email addresses, assigned roles)
• Optional feedback you submit through the platform

2. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your agency-specific data, including creator performance data, agency configurations, uploaded files, and reports generated from your data. LiveLedger does not claim ownership of your agency-specific information.

3. How We Use Your Data

LiveLedger uses your data to operate and improve the platform:

• Generate agency intelligence reports, dashboards, and recommendations
• Calculate creator qualifications and recommended payouts
• Power AI-generated advisory content using your agency metrics as context
• Send invitations to team members you add to your agency
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests

4. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

LiveLedger may use data that has been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified — meaning individual agencies, creators, and users cannot be identified — for the following purposes:

• Improving platform features, analytics engines, and recommendation systems
• Developing industry benchmarks, performance standards, and market intelligence
• Training and improving internal AI, machine learning, and forecasting systems
• Conducting research, statistical analysis, and trend reporting
• Creating and distributing industry reports and benchmarking products

Examples of permitted aggregated outputs:

• "Top 10% of agencies generated more than X diamonds per month."
• "Agencies with 50–100 creators averaged Y% qualification rate."
• "Average benchmark attainment increased Z% month-over-month industry-wide."

5. AI Processing

LiveLedger uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate AI advisory reports. When you generate a report, aggregated agency metrics — not individual creator personal information — are sent to Anthropic's API. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their processing of this data. We do not send creator names, contact information, or personally identifiable information to AI providers.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced at the database level. Agency data is isolated — users can only access data belonging to their agency. All connections use HTTPS encryption. Access to your data is limited to authorized users, platform operations, and security and compliance functions.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your agency-specific data or creator-level data to third parties.

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Supabase (database hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), and Vercel (application hosting). These providers are contractually bound to use data only for the purpose of providing services to LiveLedger.

8. Confidentiality

LiveLedger treats your agency-specific operational data as confidential. We do not disclose your agency configuration, performance data, payout information, or benchmark figures to other customers or the public without your explicit permission.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated agency-specific data at any time. Aggregated and anonymized data derived from your usage may be retained after account deletion as it no longer identifies you or your agency.

10. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your agency-specific data at any time by contacting us through the LiveLedger platform. You may export your performance data at any time.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
